Last year, my life was very busy. I worked a lot, and I felt very stressed. I wanted to relax, but I didn’t know how. Then, I heard about yoga. People said it helps with stress and makes the body strong. They told me it is good for the mind and the body.
One day, I began doing yoga. At first, it was difficult. I wasn’t flexible, and I didn’t know the poses. But I tried my best.
After a few weeks, I felt better. I practiced every morning. My body became stronger, and my mind became calmer.
Now, I love yoga. It helps me feel happy and relaxed. I sleep better, and I have more energy. Yoga changed my life! If you feel stressed, you can try yoga too! It is easy to start, and you will feel great. Just take a deep breath and begin!
