Gym Workouts – Getting Stronger

Many people go to the gym to get stronger and healthier. They must follow safety rules to avoid injuries. Before exercising, they must warm up and use the equipment correctly.

 

At the gym, people can do different exercises:
    ✔ Lift weights – Makes muscles strong.
    ✔ Run on a treadmill – Helps the heart.
    ✔ Join a fitness class – Includes yoga or aerobics.

 

Some exercises may be difficult for beginners. With practice, they become easier. Trainers at the gym can help people learn. Going to the gym improves health, energy, and confidence.
