Tennis – Fast and Fun
Tennis is a sport you can play alone or with a partner. You hit the ball over a net with a racket. It is good for your speed and coordination. Tennis is exciting, but it can be difficult for beginners.

 

Karate – Strong and Focused
Karate is a martial art that helps you stay strong and focused. You learn how to kick, punch, and block. Karate is good for self-defense, but you must practice a lot to improve.

 

Hip-Hop Dance – Active and Creative
Hip-hop dance is a fun way to move to music. You learn cool dance steps and routines. It is a great way to stay active, but it can be hard to remember all the moves.
