Namaste! My name is Priya, and I live in Mumbai, India. I love exploring spices and flavors in my cooking. Indian food is my favorite because it is rich, colorful, and full of spices. My favorite dish is Chicken Masala. It is spicy and delicious. It goes well with rice or naan bread, which is soft and perfect for eating with curries. I love to cook this for my friends because they enjoy spicy food.
I love to go to a restaurant called Spice Garden in Delhi. The chicken masala there is amazing, and the staff is very kind. I recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Delhi. You should also try the mango lassi. It’s sweet and refreshing!

Heat the oil in a pan.
Add the chopped onion and cook until golden.
Add the garlic paste and ginger paste. Stir for 1 minute.
Add the chopped tomatoes and a pinch of salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the curry powder and mix well.
Add the chicken pieces and stir until coated with the sauce.
